The DSU Global Leadership Option

  • Educates nurses who identify innovative leadership techniques, offer solutions to healthcare challenges, and empower nurses to be part of organizational development and goals to improve client outcomes.
  • Provides future leaders and change agents’ opportunities that support cutting-edge research related to current global health challenges.

Online Program State Eligibility

Delaware State University participates in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), which permits the University to offer online education in participating states. Eligibility for enrollment in fully online programs is determined at the time of application review based on the applicant’s state of residence.

Applicants residing outside of Delaware should be aware that:

  • The University will review the applicant’s state of residence upon receipt of the application to determine eligibility for enrollment.
  • Individual states may have unique regulatory requirements related to education, faculty credentials, or professional roles.
  • While the Nurse Educator and Global Leadership program options do not lead to additional professional licensure, students are responsible for verifying any employment, certification, or regulatory requirements applicable in their state of residence.
